The Story
A 45 mm core buys one thing that matters: depth for the fin stack to work while the fans stay slow. At 16 FPI the air path is open enough for 800 RPM to still move real volume, and the extra coolant inside the core absorbs spikes before the fans ever react. In a loop held at 500 W, that margin is what keeps the build quiet under load.The fin pack is brazed into a brass frame rather than glued or crimped, then pressure-tested at 1.5 bar for thirty minutes and checked for flatness before boxing. That discipline is why the 360 suits long, low-noise loops: three slow fans, 45 mm of core, and a mounting pattern that clears most top and front bays. Builders chasing clearance should look at the 240; builders chasing silence should stay here.

- 10 JUN 2026 MACHINING copper fin stack brazed into the brass frame, core depth checked
- 15 JUN 2026 ASSEMBLY end caps torqued, G1/4 ports fitted and aligned
- 20 JUN 2026 PRESSURE TEST 1.5 bar held for thirty minutes, no drop
- 26 JUN 2026 QA SIGN-OFF fin count and port thread depth verified on every unit
// PROVENANCE
Brazed, assembled and pressure-tested at the CGP workshop in Riyadh. Every core is checked against a reference flat before it is boxed, and the fin count is verified by hand. The test date is etched on the frame next to the serial number.
