Build & Customization

Yes. The configurator lets you select your own CPU, GPU, RAM, and the rest of the build, and it estimates the heat load your components will produce so the loop can be sized correctly.

  • Prefer a starting point? Use the Master’s Choice preselect and refine from there.
  • Have a part in mind that is not listed? Add it as an external part and our engineers will verify compatibility.

Every selection is verified by the forge before fabrication begins.

A bespoke build moves through four stages: consultation, engineering, fabrication, and a 48-hour pressure test before it ships.

Component lead times typically run 3-5 business days per part, depending on availability. Fabrication and the pressure test are added on top of that, and the configurator shows a lead estimate for your exact selection.

We confirm a delivery window with you before work begins.

Every CGP component is machined to a 0.01mm tolerance — the same standard used across our CAD and fabrication work.

Hardline tubing is hand-bent and routed as architecture, and every fitting is torqued to spec so the loop seals consistently. Nothing leaves the forge until it passes the 48-hour pressure test.

Business & Commissions

A commission is a fully custom build, made to your exact requirements. It works in three steps:

  • DNA — your requirements: use case, performance targets, and design direction.
  • Materials — the components and materials the build is made from.
  • Cooling — the loop design and thermal engineering.

Start from the configurator dossier or send your requirements through the contact page, and the forge will take it from there.

Commission builds start at a minimum budget of 3,000 SAR.

From there, the final cost depends on your components, materials, and cooling design — the configurator builds a live estimate for your exact selection.

Yes. We build for businesses and studios: high-end workstations, render farms, and multi-GPU systems, each with a loop engineered for sustained load.

Send your requirements through the contact page and the forge will respond with a proposal.

Yes. The forge offers ongoing care for existing builds:

  • Coolant changes and loop maintenance.
  • Component upgrades, including new GPUs, CPUs, and loop parts.
  • Full system servicing and re-testing.

Contact the forge with your build details and we will arrange a service.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes — we ship nationwide across Saudi Arabia.

If you are in Riyadh, you can also arrange pickup from the atelier and collect your build in person.

Shipping a water-cooled system is handled with the same care as building one:

  • The loop is fully drained before transit.
  • All components are secured against movement.
  • The system is packed in custom foam and a reinforced crate.

Your build arrives ready to refill and run — we include refill instructions with every shipment.

Delivery to major Saudi cities typically takes 1-3 business days.

You receive tracking details as soon as your build ships, and we coordinate the delivery window with you.

Warranty & Returns

The CGP warranty covers the custom loop — the pump, water blocks, fittings, and the loop itself — against defects in materials and workmanship.

Every build is pressure-tested for 48 hours before it ships, so it leaves the forge verified. For full details, see the Refund and Returns Policy page.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition with proof of purchase.

Bespoke builds are made-to-order: custom water-cooling builds and configured systems are non-refundable once work has started. If a part arrives defective or is damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Full conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.

CGP stands behind every build. If your loop leaks or a component fails, contact us through the contact page with your order details.

Warranty service is handled from our Riyadh atelier — we will diagnose the issue and repair or replace the affected part under warranty.

Water Cooling

A custom water-cooling loop replaces traditional air cooling with a closed liquid circuit that carries heat away from your components. A typical loop includes:

  • Water blocks mounted on the CPU and GPU to transfer heat into the liquid.
  • A radiator with fans that dissipate the heat into the air.
  • A pump that keeps the liquid moving through the loop.
  • A reservoir that holds coolant and makes filling and bleeding the loop easy.
  • Tubing and fittings that connect every component, either soft tube or hand-bent hardline.

Because liquid carries heat far more efficiently than air, a custom loop keeps high-end components cooler and quieter under load. Every CGP build is a bespoke loop, engineered around your exact hardware and chassis.

Under maximum synthetic loads, our custom cooling loops run up to 34°C cooler than premium air coolers.

In practice that means a high-end CPU or GPU that would throttle under a heavy air cooler can hold higher sustained clocks, and the system runs quieter because the radiator fans do not need to spin as fast.

The exact delta depends on your hardware, the chassis, and the loop design — every CGP loop is sized and tested for the components it cools.

We use deionized water mixed with a biocide and corrosion inhibitor, which protects the blocks, pump, and fittings while keeping the loop clean.

We recommend draining and refilling the loop every 12 months. It is a quick service that keeps the coolant clear and the loop running at peak performance.
