The Story
The 240 is built around one constraint: a 30 mm core that slips into bays where a thick radiator will not fit — shallow top panels, front mounts with the PSU shroud close behind, small-form-factor layouts. The trade is honest: less coolant volume than a 45 mm stack, so the loop runs a few degrees warmer and the fans spin a little faster. What it never becomes is a cut-down part: the core is still copper and the frame still brass.Two 120 mm fans are all this core asks for, and the 16 FPI fin stack keeps static-pressure demand low enough that a modest 1,200 RPM setting holds a mid-range loop comfortably. The frame is milled flat to within 0.05 mm before assembly, so the slim core seals without stressing the end caps. This is the part for builders who measure the bay before they buy the radiator.

// PROVENANCE
Machined and assembled at the CGP workshop in Riyadh, where every slim core is flattened on the reference plate before assembly. Each unit leaves with its test record, and the frame is etched with the serial and the pressure-test date.
