The D5 has been the reference pump in custom loops for two decades, so the interesting engineering sits in the housing around it, not the motor itself. The CGP Forge top is milled flat for a clean G1/4 seal, the bearing seat holds a ceramic shaft straight through the whole 800-4,800 RPM range, and the PWM curve is calibrated so 4,800 RPM arrives when the loop asks for it, not as the resting speed.On the bench, every unit is run from a cold start to full speed while head and flow are measured: 3.9 m of head and 1,500 L/h at the top of the range, 18 W drawn at full tilt. The ceramic bearing carries a 50,000 hour rating, and the number that matters is how long it stays quiet: this pump should outlive the build it was bought for. Mount it on the decoupling pads and let the controller own the curve.

// PROVENANCE
Motor bodies arrive from the platform's established production line, and the work that happens here is what turns them into a finished product. The pump top, the bearing seat and the PWM curve are all checked at our workshop in Riyadh, one unit at a time. Every pump leaves with a serial and a bench record that lists head, flow and power draw at full speed.
